1. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

AIONEX is an analytical decision-support workspace, not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment entity. Its scenarios, research summaries, market data and statistical outputs are educational and informational only. It does not execute trades; you are solely responsible for your decisions.

2. EXTREME MARKET RISK

Cryptocurrency trading involves extreme volatility and a high risk of capital loss. AIONEX research may use historical or statistical evidence when available, but no output guarantees future results. You may lose your entire invested capital.

3. LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW

Under no circumstances shall AIONEX, its developers (Artin Ghorbanian), or affiliates be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses, or liquidations resulting from use or inability to use this platform. You trade entirely at your own risk.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Keep your AIONEX credentials, email account and devices secure. AIONEX does not request exchange trading API keys or seed phrases and cannot execute trades. Report suspected account compromise through support.

5. MALICIOUS USE & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Malformed requests may be rejected and repeated automated abuse may be rate-limited. Ordinary browsing never creates an automatic account ban. Any account restriction requires an explicit administrator decision, should be proportionate to verified abuse, and can be reviewed through support.
